The idea for Adirondack Authentic started with a passion for Barbecue. For several years I have been making homemade barbecue glaze, and using it at personal barbecues with friends and family. Everyone at the gatherings raved on how fabulous the homemade glaze was, always asking me to make some for them. The idea to make the glaze available to others has always been something I had been interested in. With a little research and some initial investment, the barbecue glaze that my friends and family have been enjoying and craving, is now available to everyone. In the coming future, it is a goal of mine to offer a line of barbecue products, including dry rubs and other varieties of marinades. In addition, opening an Adirondack style restaurant, featuring all of the Adirondack Authentic products in the Adirondacks is a future goal of mine. I have always lived in the beautiful Adirondacks and enjoy each and every season. I will be updating the site more as business progresses, including tips and pointers that I have discovered during my barbecuing experience.
